If I could give a million stars to AD and his team I would. He is very knowledgeable of the housing market, thoughtful, kind, diligent and highly professional. He fights for the best for his clients. AD helped sell my condo and worked with me to purchase a home after that. I was working with a local program to purchase my home. The program had so many delays and issues with it. It got to a point where the seller threatened to pull out of the contract and refused to sell his house to me because of the delays. AD was very diligent in fighting for me to move things forward, persistent in following up. He always returned my texts and calls in a timely manner and encouraged me when I wanted to give up. If it wasn't for him and his team, I would not be a home owner. Kudos to AD and his team! I highly recommend them. You will NOT be disappointed!

I was in need to sell my home quickly. I expressed my concerns with Amanda and Adedoyin. They were motivated and kept in constant contact with me. The buyer viewed the home in February and before I was able to put it on the market we went to settlement by March. The experience was easy and I would recommend them to anyone. From the beginning of the process, AD and Amanda exuded pure professionalism. The process for us started with a webex presentation crafted to the locality we were looking to buy. We discussed housing types, amount of houses sold in each price range for the past year, how fast homes usually go off market once posted, different types of loans with their pro’s and cons etc. it was about 2hours long (we asked a lot of questions) and was really eye opening for us as first time home buyers. Following we worked with them to find a house that we liked. They sent us daily emails with properties that matched our criteria in our locality and we soon found 5 choices that were suitable. It took us 2 days to visit their open houses with both AD and Amanda. We ranked the houses from favorite to least favorite and started with the offer for the first house. Going through the loan acquisition process they made themselves available to questions, as once again, we had many. We were trying to make especially sure that as rookies we weren’t getting blindsided. We ended up closing on our first choice home, and I can’t stress how little I stressed during the process. The experience was smooth and well orchestrated. They’ve got customers for life over here. Thanks again!
